ABOUT

Professional photographer based in San Jose, California.

I photograph a wide range of natural elements including landscape, floral, texture, and ornithology. My work tends to emulate the style of romantic German landscape painters, emphasizing the quiet moments of nature as experienced by the individual. I often deal in themes of memory, nostalgia, and spiritual existentialism.

I am also fascinated by realms of post-internet art including Vaporwave, noise photography, digital brutalism and its relationship to meme culture. I have curated a number of online, multi-media projects including Date Night. The Neo-Suburban Memory, my most recent solo-exhibition, was featured at the Department of Art and Art History at San Jose State University in March of 2021.

In addition to my artistic work, I have provided commercial photography for various clients including Amato Pizzeria, Synergy Living Solutions, Dead Engine as well as retail family portraits.
